Terms and conditions
This document sets out the legal framework for using keystudio.md and explains the principles that apply before starting a collaboration with keystudio.

Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of keystudio.md, operated by Glavan Holding SRL, as well as communications initiated through the form, email, WhatsApp or the Kiro assistant. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood the conditions below.
Website content is provided for presentation and information. Requesting an estimate, sending project details or speaking with Kiro does not automatically create a contractual relationship or require either party to enter into a contract. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the interactive features of the website.
Services, proposals and contracts
keystudio presents digital strategy, website, branding, SEO, GEO, AI assistant and automation services. Published descriptions and examples explain the direction of the services but do not, by themselves, constitute a binding contractual offer.
Project scope, deliverables, stages, schedule, price, payment terms, revisions, support and usage rights are defined in a separate accepted proposal, order or contract. Where there is a difference, the contractual document accepted by the parties prevails. Price ranges shown on the website are indicative and may vary according to complexity, volume, languages, integrations and timing.
Content and information supplied by the client
The client confirms that information and materials supplied are accurate, may be used for the project and do not infringe third-party rights. This responsibility covers text, logos, photographs, fonts, databases, documents, trademarks and account access.
The client must provide necessary information, approvals and access on time. Delays or material changes to requirements may affect timing and cost under the contractual document. Passwords, payment data and sensitive documents should not be sent through the form or Kiro; an appropriate secure channel will be agreed for them.
Intellectual property
The structure, copy, graphics, code and materials published on keystudio.md are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Using the website transfers no rights in these materials beyond limited permission to view them for legitimate personal or professional purposes.
Rights in deliverables created for a client are transferred or licensed only under the proposal or contract and, where stated, after full payment. Third-party components, fonts, images, applications and services remain subject to their providers’ licences. Source files and handover materials are those expressly agreed.
AI, SEO and GEO
AI tools, including Kiro, may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses that require human review. Information is general and does not constitute legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Important decisions should be validated by a competent professional.
SEO and GEO improve structure, accessibility and the ability of content to be discovered and understood. Results nevertheless depend on search engines, AI platforms, competition, domain authority and other external factors. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions or citation by AI systems.
Permitted use
The website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not affect security, availability or the rights of others. Unauthorised access attempts, security testing without consent, malicious code, abusive automation, bulk content extraction and unauthorised use of the keystudio identity are prohibited.
We may restrict access to certain functions where necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or compliance with a legal obligation. Any such measure will be limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances.
External links and services
The website may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, keypoint.md, official sources and other independent platforms. These services are operated by third parties and have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
A link does not mean that Glavan Holding SRL controls, guarantees or assumes responsibility for the content or availability of an external service. We recommend reviewing the applicable terms before sending data to a third-party platform.
Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the website available and secure. Interruptions, technical errors, incompatibilities or information requiring updates may nevertheless occur, and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for a project is governed by the applicable contract and the services actually agreed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Moldova. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage you to contact us at salut@keystudio.md for clarification and an amicable solution before starting formal proceedings.
If an amicable solution is not possible, the dispute will be considered by the competent courts under applicable rules, including mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services, providers or legal framework. The applicable version is the one published on this page and identified by the last-updated date.
